I totally agree with all the 1 star reviews. The owner seems to have serious behavioral problems. Extremely rude and... disrespectful. Spoke to him regarding a horribly made dish and the response was atrocious. I was happy to see a new restaurantbut one of the photos showed the Indian delights sign and was extremely disappointed. I want give zero start but its not available. Its not a regular restaurant they say its a cloud kitchen but whenever i order... online they never receive my order and its happened multiple time.They are customer service also very poor.Please avoid theseguys. Read more

[PLEASE READ SO YOU DON?T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE] Order was charged to my credit card but they claimed to have no record of it.... So no food, no refund, no apology, no attempt to correct it, just shady business practice. First, they are not real restaurant.Looks like they are doing business with two names against one establishment - AustINdian Street food and Indian Delight. [please report them to state department of consumer protection for unfair consumer practices] Second, the staff is extremelydisrespectful towards the customers. They have the same attitude toward customers as a third class Indian restaurant on the sideof the road in Indian. Lastly, they prioritize order from online order services where they make more money and drop the ordersform online order services where they do not by simply not charging their tablet where orders are received and the claiming thatsuch service has a problem. [ I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO ChowNow] I fully expect a rebuttal from the restaurant trying to portraythis as a one off and ?we tried to help you? scenario, but they are false. Save your money. Ordered thru GrubHub. Food wasn't good at all. Vada Pav was very small for the price. Szechuan noodles was tasteless.

I wish there were negative stars. Ordered through doordash. Entrée was not at all as advertised. Expected rice+gravy as shown... in the image but they only sent rice. It was extremely salty and tasted like mud. The paneer wrap was extremely spicy, and thewrap cover was a frozen chapati you find in the indian store. That chapati was undercooked, could see the dough. They don?t evenmake thier own tortillas/chapatis. Had to throw away all the food. Will never order again! Read more

Ordered online for pickup. Website stated 9:35pm pickup time. When we arrived to pick up the food they said there was no one at... the counter. When someone finally arrived at the counter, they claimed they did not receive the order and could not make thefood even when we showed the order confirmation. This is a ghost kitchen run out of Indian Delights. The original restaurant hasincredibly poor service and their ghost kitchen attempt to increase customer traffic still suffers the same issues. DO NOT COMEHERE THEY NEVER HAVE MOST OF THE MENU ITEMS. I WILL NEVER RETURN. Read more

Rude and careless customer service, and after their error and extra 20 minutes of waiting, never received my order. Ordered/paid... online, showed up for my order 5 minutes after it was meant to be ready, and was told they had no record of it. They also haveno cell signal inside or wi-fi, so I had to step into the heat repeatedly to download the email receipt to prove it to them.They say they'll make the order and it will be done in 2 minutes. 20 minutes later still no order, and so it was time to goelsewhere. The many employees at the front of the house are likely underpaid and undertrained as they could not possibly havecared less about their own error or failure to deliver. The new brand/concept was exciting, but this is a failure to launch. Read more
