The custard is delicious, the service is quick and courteous, but today I ran into a company policy that is ludicrous! I wanted... two scoops of custard in a cup with pineapple topping and pecans. I was told that they can put the pecans on but they cannotput fruit toppings on a cup of custard and would have to serve it to me on the side. When I asked "why?" I was told "It's justpolicy". So I ordered a kid's sundae, instead, with pineapple topping and paid extra for pecans. It all came out in one cup. If somebody from Andy's Management reads this, can you please explain this policy? Andy's has great tasting ice-cream and several unique flavors / treat types to choose from. Their "concretes" are my favorite. ... Many people just go through the drive-through, however it can be kind of slow compared to fast-food drive throughs. You canalso walk up and order. I'm not sure if that's faster, but I suspect it probably is as there is often a car line around thebuilding but not that many people seem to be ordering from the walk-up window. Only complaint is that I wish they would put alittle more hot fudge in the applicable concretes. Read more
The place was super cool and wide number of items to choose from. Tried brownie and it was good. Like their ambience
I got the boot daddy concrete and safe to say it was a blast. The line was a little long even for a Thursday but it was 100%... worth it. I would definitely recommend this place for ice cream lovers and can?t wait to taste new flavors that they have.Although for this specific flavor I will warn you that there?s a lot of peanut butter which in some cases did not go too wellwith the Oreo but other than that I have no complaints!
