The lady worker behind the counter provided the best customer service of any Subway I have ever been to. Not only was she fast... but she was efficient. She had a line that was gone only in a few minutes. A job well done! Read more

The workers were working very fast! I went at a pretty busy time and they were keeping up with the crowds. i always love subway.... The reason its not 5 stars is because the tables were a little dirty which i know is because they were busy but still. Read more

When going through the line my husband wanted one of the new wraps that was being advertised, neither of the employees had ever... made it before so they made him pick something else. I ordered the oven roasted chicken sandwich (toasted) and when I startedeating it, I noticed it was suuuper cold. I thought that the veggies were what was making it so cold and then I felt the meatwhich was basically almost still frozen. Couldn?t eat the entire middle part of the sandwich. There were 2 employees working,both seemed brand new. We want to know why there isn?t a manager training them? Why haven?t they learned how to not only makethe new products BUT also the staple menu items?! Before we even left the restaurant, one of the kids working left leaving onlythe one girl still working. My family had the most terrible experience at this location today. I managed Subway restaurants for five years, so I get... it-things aren't always perfect, but I would be mortified if one of my employees treated customers the way we were treated. Wewalked out and went to another location. Aside from the rude and insulting interactions with the sandwich artist, the menu washigher priced than the other location we went to, and it's obviously being managed poorly (no basic uniform enforcement, out ofproducts, dirty store, undertraining). It's sad because this is a relatively new location and in a great spot. I guess it's aprivate franchise through the Hunters, so they're losing business to their competitors. Read more

I come to subway almost everyday. It is convenient. Right across from the high school. The employees are always super respectful... and always making sure that my sandwich is how i want. They are fast expecially during lunch rush for school. I know fromexperience that it can be stressful during rush but they are fast, efficient, and respectful. Read more

My family and I went into this subway the day of the buy 1 get 1 free (this past Friday) it seemed like there were 3... highschoolers working. The first girl that took our order became distracted when 2 of her friends showed up. I had to repeatmyself a few times because she was paying attention to them and not us. Then the guy that did the veggies was also distractedby them. I don't remember him even saying anything to me. I asked for my sauce on the side and when we got home I found out wedidn't have it yet I saw him get it. He put the sandwiches in the bag and said absolutely nothing. Not even a here you go, thanks. The cashier charged us for the drink and i didn't realize till we were driving away that nobody had recieved the cup. Again, the cashier didn't anything except the total to us. So, we were charged for a drink we didn't get, I didn't get anysauce and we were practically ignored by 3 employees. The only other people in line were the girl's friends, so it's notlike it was busy. There was absolutely no customer service, no greeting, not even a goodbye or thank you from anyone . I'veworked in retail/customer service for 16 years and 14 of those years were management. I know this is not the subway standardand definitely not how you treat customers at any business. We definitely will not be back to that location and I would notrecommend it to anyone Read more

The food was good but I was NOT impressed with the kid, James, who was working all by himself that night. He had a family member... ahead of us in line and proceeded to make small talk with them while we waited. This went on long enough where we would havebeen able to go through the line at least once had he been more focused on his job. After he finished up with them, he told themin front of us that he'd take care of us real quick so he could go out and visit with them more. He then rushed through ourorder making a mess of our sandwiches, had us start paying before he even finished one sandwich, and had a hard time evenrunning the register. After he was finished with us he went for the door so he could hangout and made an sweet older woman,bless her heart, suggest that he was too busy socializing to help her as she came inside. Read more
