I found authentic Chinese food! I love this place! My whole family loves this place! We have been twice and I'm ecstatic we... found such a good Chinese food restaurant near where we live. I love it because the food reminds me so much of the food we atein China. Our family lived in Shenzhen for a couple of years and we really miss the flavors we used to eat everyday. The food atHappy Dragon is a mix of some typical American-Chinese food along with several dishes that are truly authentic tasting! Thehomestyle shrimp dish and the black pepper chicken tastes a lot like dishes I had in Shenzhen and the Lo Mein they offer tastesjust like our AYi (hired help in China) used to make for us at home. Normal spaghetti noodles with a smoky, soy sauce, wok-friedflavor. I chatted with the server, a really friendly, nice young man and he explained his father, the owner, is from China andhe developed the recipes. It's a tough job to want to serve authentic Chinese food to an American crowd with American-Chinesefood expectations. The food is delicious, affordable, quick and convenient - and we also get a taste of our second home in Chinaall the way here in Utah. Thank you for opening your restaurant here! Comparable to a large Chinese chain, like panada Express or pick up sticks. Good quality and clean restaurant. We came during a... slow hour (4pm) and because it was slow, the owner gave us 2 complimentary sides! Very thoughtful. Read more

An alternative to Panda Express. I would say this food is on par with the chain restaurant (some things better, some things like... the lo mein are worse). They have some good looking fruit juices and other drink options. Service was very friendly so I'drather support this establishment than Panda Express, since it is locally owned. Read more

The noodles were spaghetti noodles. Not good at all. Generals chicken was rubbery and not good. The fortune cookie was fun.
