The Cedar Hill Schlotzsky?s was in a slump in the past with skimpy sandwiches but I?m happy to report after two visits a month... or two apart, they have upped their game! I had great sandwiches both times. Read more
Staff is unprofessional and ignorant. Disrespectful to customers, lazy, extremely slow. They act like they are barely even aware... that they are at work. It was embarrassing. They need to be trained. Even the managers seemed clueless and like they wereputting in the bare minimum effort into the store. They should set up cameras with audio to show to corporate. 1st time here and loved the food & service! Lots of options and staff was amazing????. Realized I left my purse and contacted... them; they already had it for me. Amanda found it for me and was busy when I came back. Another staff member ( who's name Ididn't get) stopped during her lunch to assist me so I bought them both lunch ???? .
