Great custumer service BUT the pizza is some of the worst I have ever had.
Pizza size shrunk and prices increased, the medium looks like it could be a personal size, I would have asked for a refund but I... didn't plan on cooking today, never again and this is the only pizza place I go to but thats a wrap. Read more
Food is typically pretty good, better than the chain pizzas in the area, however service is typically garbage. Was told 35-40... minutes for delivery and it's been an hour and 15 minutes. Been on hold for over 15 minutes with no answer. This also happenedthe last two times I've ordered from this location. Judging from prior reviews, this is pretty standard for this location. Let me tell you what JOSE (that?s his real name) did! I ordered a BEEF pizza but when I came to pick up it was pepperoni? I... kindly told him I order Beef, he told me that I said pepperoni, I told him that I don?t eat pepperoni so there?s no possible wayI would?ve said that. He argued with me insisting that I did say pepperoni but then agreed to remake the pizza. I waited about10 mins and went back in to grab the correct pizza. It looked a bit weird as if cheese was just thrown on top but I didn?t thinkthey would have the nerve to pick every single pepperoni off and put beef on it instead of remaking but noticed that?s EXACTLYWHAT THEY DID when I was eating it and found pepperoni throughout! I?m soooo disgusted, not by the pepperoni but more so theaudacity of them to I?ve through a pizza and throw something together instead of just remaking it! I placed a mobile order for delivery and was told delivery would take 35 min. Over an hour later I called the store and was told... the delivery guy had just left. No one asked my name or what my order was... After 15 mins went by, I called the store back andwas told the delivery guy had taken 4 orders and mine was to be delivered last....NICE! After another 20 mins, he finally showedup. Needles to say, pizza was no longer hot and the order was not correct. I called the store back (my 3rd call) and was toldthere wasn't a manager on duty and that I could call back tomorrow but they didn't know when a manager would be in. Very poorcustomer service and pizza quality. Of course, with no manager to oversee the store, I understand why. Definitely won't orderagain from this store! Read more
The best pizza restaurant in Cedar Hill! We?ve lived in this city for over a year and just discovered we have a Mr. Jim?s! We... ordered 2 pizzas tonight and they were so yummy. You can tell the dough is fresh and our pizza was hot also the customer servicewas great. Totally recommend! Read more
