Firehouse Subs Cedar Hill is not an establishment I would recommend unless a few changes are made. It was the first time eating... here and most likely the last. We placed our orders and it took 25 minutes to get our food. There was a family who ordered 30minutes before us and their order ticket was lost. Good thing we got our order before theirs. Our subs were not made the way weordered them and the taste was not great. Seems as if the person who took our order was not listening to what we wanted and wasjust trying to get us through the line. Usually pretty fast and decent service, this time took 30 mins from checking out to leaving..... that's absurd for 2 sandwiches.... Also, there was probably 3-4 people in there with us. Hopefully the manager sees this and gets some support in there because thetwo people could not hack it at 6pm on Saturday 10/1. Read more

My wife is pregnant and was on a mission to have Firehouse Subs. We walked in and there was about 5 people in line. The staff... member at the register was moving people quickly, and was very friendly. I?m indecisive, so I asked his opinion between twosandwiches. He told me to go with the Meatball sub, and I gotta say? great choice! This was my second time at Firehouse (grew upon Subway) and it blew Subway?s meatball sub out of the water. My wife got a cooked Turkey sandwich and let?s just say? therewere no survivors haha. Highly recommend this sub shop if your looking for friendly staff and a great sub. Read more

Everytime I order through DoorDash and receive my food it is never correct. It seems as if they just throw my food together and... throw it in the bag.
