On a Sunday afternoon in July of this year, I had a really bad customer service experience at this restaurant. I walked into the... store, and instead of greeting me or offering to assist me in any way, the people behind the counter and the delivery guys juststared me down as if I had no business entering the business. They literally didn't say a word to me, and just looked me up anddown. It was very disturbing but also uncharacteristic from my previous experiences here. Because of that incident, I stayedaway. I went back to tonight to grab something on my way home, and what a difference 3 months make. The young man behind thecounter this evening greeted me with a smile and provided excellent customer service. It was a complete 180 from my experiencein July. And the Calamari was good??. Read more
Phenomenal slices of pizza. Crust was done perfect, chicken was cooked just right, and penne was seasoned well.
Meat Lasagna... where?s the beef? Was all cheese, noodles, sauce. And no butter for the bread with the takeout. Staff is not... very thorough even though I was the only customer. I?ll find somewhere else to get my Italian fix from now on. Read more
