delivery driver was rude and they left out my drink and dipping sauces i ordered. when i submitted the claim the only option... they gave me was ?60 reward points? instead of any actual help. Read more

Daughter waited 2 hrs for food and had an extremely rude driver. Ridiculous. Never ordering here again.

My pizza was delivered 1 1/2 hours after I ordered it. The food was ice cold and unediable. The manager was rude, and refused... to issue a refund, eventhough I returned the pizzas to the cedar grove location. Read more

Order took over 90 minutes. Driver passed my house and set in his car down the street for 15 minutes while I tried to flag him.... I called the store, and they couldn't do anything to help and couldn't provide a credit because I ordered online. There is noworking method for reporting online. It gives you the phone number for the store, which couldn't help. Pizza was cold, anddriver said he can't see, which is really disturbing. Read more

It?s the incompetence for me! They had ONE JOB. He went to the wrong location and as we tried to give him directions, the driver... drove past my apartment as we were providing instructions. He hung up the phone, and as we saw him speeding by, we attempted tocall him not once but several times and he continued to decline the calls. Then said he would be back in 20 min. We called thestore and their excuse was they were closing and he had other deliveries in Clifton as if that was my problem or I would acceptcold pizza. We order at this location ALL the time as it?s 3 min away. Hands down the dumbest experience of my life. Read more

Rude manager's response to the mistake they made. I picked up the pizza with my 3 year old daughter and when we got back home... ready to eat, it was a wrong pizza. I called the store and spoke to the manager. His response shocked me. First he asked me tocome and get the right pizza for the mistake they have made. I explained I will not be able to come that its already 9 pm, mydaughter's sleep time and have to stay home. He said he cannot do free delivery and will charge me regular delivery fee if theydeliver. I was like, what kind of customer service is this? There is no effort from the manager to make it up for their mistake.Cedar Grove is one of the best town and haven't experienced worst experience like this in this town ever before. To top it all,the manger insisted me to bring back the wrong pizza that I have already touched to exchange for a correct one. Go figure. Iorder pizza most Friday and sometimes I notice small mistakes when I order from this store like some topping missing, pizza isvery dry etc but I let them slide to give them a chance but not anymore. The problem is not the wrong pizza but how the storemanager responded to the situation. I will take my business elsewhere. I will also urge others to stay away from this store. Noone deserves to have worst customer experience. Disappointed! Read more

We never get the $5.99 medium pizza deal on our 2 medium pizzas. Still not sure why. If I get crisp crust again, I'm going to... order it separate. When it comes with the order of a hand-tossed pizza, it isn't as warm as it should be. The pizza is good, butnot great. Good delivery, I'll give them that. Read more

The last two times I?ve ordered from here, it?s taken over 90 minutes to get my pizza. And when I call, they brush me off with... lies like ?the driver said he?d be there in 5 min?. The first time, I just thought it was because they?re busy, but this is justreally poor service. Domino?s try to sell their brand on convenience through an app or ordering with Alexa but if it takes thislong to get my order then I?ll stick with local Mom & Pop operations. Read more
