Unfortunately they forgot my drink for my meal, fried were only warm and soggy, burger was ok, but they didn't remove items I... asked to be removed. My chili was good, but no sour cream with my sour cream and chive potatoe. I love Wendy's, but thisparticular store has been going down hill fast and needs a serious overhaul, manager training, and/or staff upgrade. I visited this store on 10/02/22 around 5pm. The drive through staff were super rude and very unwelcoming. They spoke as if they... did not want customers to come. I realized they're doing some building restructuring, my advice to the manager is to restructurehis/her staff asap for good business. Read more
First off we tried ordering potatoes they were out then the baconater ff they were out Wanted to try pina coloda frosty they... didn?t have that so my daughter and I ordered the new pub pretzel combo the French fries were cold the burgers didn?t even looklike the picture no pickles they used pickle chips ?? Waited more than 20 minutes before manager started to take order, then he didn't know how to enter a #3...chicken nuggets, and... had to wait even longer. No crackers for chili. I ordered a plain double stack. I was very clear about enunciating the word ?PLAIN? clearly and loudly, because I know that... sometimes people mishear things. But this was pure lack of attentiveness on the workers? parts. And the nuggets and fries areliterally cold to the touch. Totally inedible. I always try to be kind to customer service workers. That holds true to my experience at this Wendy?s location during my visit.... The girl at the drive-thru was very rude and had a nasty attitude, more concerned with impressing her male coworker thananything. Don?t go here, just make the drive and go to a different location.
