Tonight?s dinner was incredibly disappointing! First, the onion rings we received are NOT the whiskey glazed ones we have come... to know from Pump Haus?these are Burger King onion rings! Awful! Do not order these, especially for the extra fee even.Secondly, this burger is absolutely dry and NOT loaded with mac & cheese. It contains maybe 2 sautéed peppers and onions,absolutely a joke. I order frequently for business purposes as well, to provide our customers with local, tasty meals. I won?tbe ordering from Pump Haus again. Read more

We usually love this place was one of our favorite places to eat. Usually we can't finish and have leftovers. But it was like... we got kids meals. And the food was very oily and very salty. I didn't ever eat half until start to feel sick. From readingother reviews I must not be only one. And see they don't offer to make it right. So sorry to say we won't be returning. Read more

Fantastic Reuben that my grandmother very much approved of. I personally had the patty melt with the house made ranch coleslaw.... Both extremely high quality. Thick burger patties!! Sit by the window if you come before 5pm though or the vibe may be kindadark and gloomy, not a ton of lights but it's okay. Read more
Waited over 30 min to be told multiple times that our waitress would be right with us, but never came. A guy came by and gave us... drinks but the waitress never even said a word to us. I understand being busy but I would hope they'd acknowledge their tablesat the very least.
