Visited Oh My Grill on College Street in Cedar Falls for the first time on Monday June 20th. We got there at about 12:30pm and... were able to walk right to the counter and order. (Oh, did I mention this is a counter order restaurant?) We had taken thetime to review the menu a bit prior to arrival, and I would suggest you do the same, as their burgers are rather "over the top." For example, I ordered the The Wake n’ Bake, which is a burger pattie layered with a hashbrown pattie, grilled pepper andonion, an over easy egg, american cheese, halal beef bacon, and house-made maple glaze. (picture included.) My wife got TheKing, which was a beef pattie including crispy onion strings, halal beef bacon, mayo, pickle, barbeque sauce, and smoked goudacheese. We both gave the burgers 5 stars. And, check this out ... when the burgers and fries were served to our table, a dishof their special "dipping sauce" was included, and it was perfect for the fries!!! Now ... you've all been waiting, so here itis. A restaurant like this, in a location like this (2 blocks away from a major University) has to go the extra mile tosucceed. Yep, I paid a trip to the restroom and was VERY MUCH IMPRESSED with the cleanliness. I would encourage the managementif they read this, to keep it up, as everyone knows how tough it can be to set a high bar in a College neighborhood. Read more

You know that the place is going to be awesome when they have Anthony Bourdain’s face on the wall. Ambience is key factor but... their meaty- juicy burgers ????does the justice. This is my go-to burger place which falls in the heart of UNI campus. Mushroomswiss burger is my favorite which you could replace with any meat. Also, the garlic mayo fries with aioli parmesan sauce is musttry. One thing I won’t recommend is the fish burger which is not that good. If you love shakes, try their Oreo shake which ishaving prefect sweetness. I would notably say this is the best burger place in Cedar Falls. Read more
We are in Cedar Falls for an appointment and picked this place. So glad we did! The food was phenomenal and delicious ???? ... hubby got the fuego burger and i had the mushroom swiss. Really enjoyed this place. They serve Halal beef....both hamburger and bacon, and have other options too...a veggie burger,... falafel wrap, and a chicken sandwich. They also just added some fancy hot dogs to the menu but we didn't have those. They alsohave several options for french fries. I had the "wake and bake" burger...hashbrown patty, hamburger, beef bacon, egg...and thena maple glaze they make there. It was delicious. The hamburger was hot the whole time I ate. The fries were really goodtoo....hot, crispy, and flavorful. My wife had an order of sweet potato fries that were phenomenal. They came with a cinnamon orbrown sugar cream cheese dipping sauce. They were hot and crispy (not burnt crispy...perfectly fried crispy). It's a smallplace, but dang it was tasty. Read more
This is a can't miss establishment!!! Great atmosphere, great food, reasonably priced! In Cedar Falls from out of town, we came... across this restaurant online and thought we'd give it a go. Reviews do not lie, if you're going to eat a burger in town THIS isthe place to do it! The burgers options are fire and the fries are amazing as well!! Go eat here, you won't be sorry you did!
