Our waiter Gregory went above and beyond to make our dinner enjoyable. My 1 1/2 year old was hungry and fussy and while she... waited for me to get her food, he gave her a little truck to play with. This place is ABSOLUTELY FILTHY! We visited the Waterloo area over the weekend and ended up here because it is a favorite of... ours at home. We were there for Sunday lunch and immediately noticed the built up gunk around the fridges, floors, walls. Itlooks as though it hasn't been cleaned since the day it opened. If I were the General Manger of this location, I wouldimmediately close it down for a week and have professional cleaners come in and scrape from top to bottom, while spending theweek training (and paying staff) on cleanliness & service training. Our waiter did not want to be there. While bringingnapkins and silverware to the table, he dropped several napkins on the floor and precended to still place them on our table foruse. The bathrooms were equally disgusting. This place should not be operating. The only resounding quality this place has,is that their cooks were working very hard. It did not go unnoticed. Read more

This is one of our favorite places to go. They are very good at their cooking. They need to rearrange their food bars though in... my opinion. We have found that if you put vegetables in bowl first you can get more in your bowl. They don't like it when youuse 2 bowls. Alot of people do because of wanting more in one trip and this would help that issue. Read more

Went there for Mother's day, arrived at 11:00 am. Evidently someone forgot to turn on the cooking grill. Chefs were... frustrated....served us our meal and it was warm...not hot. When we got back to our table, we were told the rice would not beready for an additional 5 minutes. It would seem like Mother's day would be a great opportunity to win new customers, not losethem. Different style of restaurant for sure. Located inside a mall. We were seated very quickly. I liked that we could get our food... whenever we want but I as that was my first time I wasn't really sure what combinations were good. Nevertheless it was fun toexperiment and try new things. Very cool and interesting decorations. The waitress didn't check up on us too often but was nicewhen she did. I had to call her over when I wanted more water. The line was also pretty long so that combined with the waitressbrought it down to a three. Read more
