Reviews for Chad's Pizza & Restaurant in Cedar Falls, IA
Completely overrated. Pizza taste like it came out of the freezer. Staff was not unpleasant but definitely didn't seem to want... to be there. Definitely FAR FAR FAR from the best. Honestly pizza hut is better. Sticking to Geno's. Read more
They have an amazing variety of pizzas, and every one I have had so far had been great. My son who has Celiacs disease... absolutely loves their pizza. Highly recommended if you are looking for a good locally owned pizza joint. Read more
The Funk Burger pizza is one of the best things I've eaten recently. Medium was more than enough for two people. Took almost an... hour and a half for 1 pizza for take out on Sunday night. Read more
Absolutely love Chad's Pizza but the Cedar Falls location is no longer capable of providing good service. 1 hour and 45 minutes... to get a barely warm medium pizza. We did tip. We did call at 1 hour and 30 minutes. The ticket shows 30 minutes late. Calledback and was offered a $5 credit. Doesnt cover the tip we left. The service has been getting worse each time we order. Do yourfamily a favor and buy from a service oriented restaurant. These guys have lost their customer service. No longer worth payingthe higher price. Read more
We figured we would try this place since we've heard, "Chad's Pizza is the best anywhere!" I can honestly say we were... absolutely underwhelmed and disappointed. The pizza had lots of toppings, but nothing you wouldn't find on a frozen pizza. Infact, the shredded cheese was EXACTLY like you'd find on an 88 cent frozen Totino's Party Pizza. In fact, the whole pizzatasted like a frozen pizza. The crust like the box it would have come in. Seriously, we've had better frozen pizza than thefresh pizza we had here. The sauce for the breadsticks was their "base" sauce for their pizza sauce and came to the table cold, straight from a can. The staff was friendly and attentive. No complaints about them. The restaurant needs some seriousupdating. It looks like something you'd find after a drunken weekend at a frat house party. Way over-priced and cheapingredients make for bad pizza so, we're sticking with O.P., Oak Fired Pizza, or Bill's Smokehouse & Pizza. Read more
Very extensive specialty pizza selection; over 100 to choose from. Friendly staff with reasonable prices.
This is the second time I’ve been let down by Chad’s Pizza. I let the first time slide since it was my very first time... trying them and figured they just had a busy night, it happens, but this time I ordered the Gyro pizza that was supposed to havetomatoes, lamb meat, lettuce, onions… only to have it show up with ground beef and a TON of onions. Absolutely ridiculous.Laziness and ignorance? Because if you are out of a specific ingredient, let the customer know and discuss other options insteadof just sending what they didn’t, at all, order. If I wanted a pizza loaded with onions and a pinch of ground beef, I wouldhave specified just that. Done ordering from this place. Pay a $6 delivery fee as well as a $9 tip and I suppose that’s whatya get, folks. On top of already spending $21.49 for a medium pizza… that doesn’t show up even remotely close to how youordered it. ???????? Read more
The pizza is delicious & $5 liquor pitchers hit the spot! ????????
