Reviews for Sushi Burrito # 5 : Cedar City in Cedar City, UT
Stoped by this restaurant again on my trip in Utah. It is a must go place here. Strongly recommend shrimp ???? with scrambled... egg, fried rice with shrimp and egg and braised tofu. Tofu with crispy crust and so tender inside and the fried egg is so softand silky with authentic wok aroma. I didn't order braised hock with rice this time, but still recommend it as well as a housespecial. Here will never disappoint me. Read more

We had a Buddha and a firecracker. Delicious. The portion is absolutely great! I was really hungry after a morning hike but... ended up having half for lunch and half for dinner. The tofu they use in the Budda is the sweet tofu skin so it brings adifferent texture and layer to the flavor. The firecracker is spicy but not too overly done. Although the tempura shrimp issoaky, it soaks up the sauce and added a different flavor to the sushi burrito. I was extremely skeptical at first but I amgenuinely surprised by their food. Will definitely come back! Read more

We love sushi, so we decided to try this restaurant today. The menu is wonderful, full of options from the sushi burritos that... give it a name, to noodle dishes, Mongolian BBQ, soup, and traditional sushi rolls. I tried the Cosmo: a nori-wrapped roll thesize of a giant burrito, filled with ahi tuna, salmon, shrimp, sushi rice, avocado and chunks of cucumber, with lemon juice. Myspouse had the Crazy Tuna: ahi tuna with a very spicy sauce, plus the same rice and vegetables as mine. Traditional sushiflavors these are not. But after several bites, and a dousing of low-sodium soy sauce on mine, the experience grew on me. Thisis a working-man's version of sushi, a substantial lunch rather than the delicate nigiri I am used to. We'll definitely be back, next time to try some of the non-burrito options. Who knows what new flavors await behind the familiar menu options? Read more

A guy working there was kind helping me figure out soy allergy info for my husband. They use regular (not expeller-pressed) soy... oil in their rice, and did eel sauce on the side for him. I had the salmon bomb and while it was fine, I would try somethingelse next time. These burritos are too big for just me. I think last time I shared the citrus with friends, and that was good.
