I love that they have vegan ice cream options available, but I wish that they had soy creamer available for the milk base... because I think it would set up and thicken up better than almond milk or coconut milk. This review is on the cleanliness, conditions, and service that I received on 10/21/22 at the Cedar City location. First off the... floors were not swept and and had a mud spot that needed cleaned up. The back of chair I sat in was broke and resulted ingetting a splinter. As for the service I had received a few halloween cards that were good for 1 free kids ice cream. The younglady helped us asked what we wanted and I had explained that I had the cards for 1 free ice cream for all 4 kids and I onlywanted what it covers. This girl asked what the kids what size? I asked what size does the free kids card cover she shrugged hershoulders I asked "a small maybe since it's a free kids card?" She said sure, I think so. ???? then she asked what they wantedin it? I asked does it cover that? She said "yes!" So they all picked their toppings. Now we all get done and turns out I'mbeing charged $14.42. I told the other girl checking us out that they have the 1 free kids ice cream cards and that it shouldall be covered. She tells me that all the toppings are not covered and that I have to pay for those. Now, I explained that Iasked the girl about that as we started and she said it was covered and they could pick what they wanted. So I paid the amounteven though their employees did NOT give me the correct information and I left irritated and didn't get myself an ice creambecause I had already spent more then I had planned. The ice cream was great! The service was 3 star because one of teenage girls was a bit snooty and the other just seemed a bit... distracted. The main issue I had was that it was obvious that they only clean the very tops of the tables. The edges and sideswere caked with old ice cream as were the chairs. This is an ice cream joint! Really cool ice cream place, you pick what flavor you want in your ice cream, they just pour milk at a bowl and then add... whatever mixins you would like. Then they put it under nitrogen and it freezes, they stir it up and dish it into a cup for you.Fun experience and yummy ice cream. Read more

Pretty cool little spot.. open late. You get to choose what type of ice cream you want.. traditional, froyo, custard, etc, then... you can either create your own and choose from a list of flavors and mix ins/toppings or order from a list of suggestedoptions.. then they mix it all and freeze it right in front of you.
