I rarely have a problem with this store, however today I was appalled at the service I got. While going into the store I was... ?greeted? by the store manager amanda. She had the worst attitude and was extremely rude. She made me feel rushed and unwelcomewith her arrogant and impatient attitude. Unfortunately this is not the first time Amanda has had acted this way towardscustomers. Many times while in that store Amanda is not only being rude and careless with customers but also her staff. She hasscreamed at them, barked orders, and berated them. I understand this can be a stressful job but yelling at her employees to behappy while she is crying and refusing to help customers and staff is simply unacceptable and quite frankly embarrassing. Manytimes customers are patient with her and in return they get her bad attitude and harmful words. I genuinely feel bad for thestaff on shift with her because she is so rude to them and expects the most while doing nothing. The only good that came out ofthis visit was the barista named Audrey. Not only did she apologize for Anandas actions but she kept a warm and helpful smilewhile Amanda was dragging her down in front of everyone. Audrey was kind and patient and made sure to have conversations withthe customers. She made sure everyone knew they were welcome while still getting their drinks out in a timely manner. Ever time I have ordered from this Starbucks they get my order wrong. I ordered a trinta drink from them today I got charged for... a trinta but got a venta. Went to my other Starbucks took the cup in to double check they said it was a venta, and replaced itwith a trinta. The Starbucks inside of Lins grocery store is the best. Read more
No Espresso Beans? Staff was delightful. Three stars means it was okay. And that's just what it was okay. It wasn't bad,... Starbucks has become kind of expected simple whatever. I brew my own coffee in a French press back at the bus. I prefer darkroast. And the cheaper dark roasts to me taste better. Cafe Verona, one of their oldest ones is in the top three of best brandsof dark roast for me. Lately I've been enjoying espresso roast in my morning bulletproof. Teaspoon of butter, teaspoon ofcoconut oil, two teaspoons of Splenda, three squares of 88% dark chocolate from Endangered Species, 80 ml of lactose free nonfatmilk, topped off after stiring, with a smidge pink Himalayan fresh ground salt flakes floating on top. When you go to coffee shop, get a coffee. Three parts coffee, salt, softener. good coffee, well prepared. 2.85 cup of well done... coffee, why pay for sugar? Side note the staff are very nice. I love starbucks, went all the time in Washington state :) but the pink drink here is a different color every time, isn't there... a recipe to follow? I keep giving them another chance but it's a gamble if the drinks flavor will be consistent. I've had thesame situation with other drinks but it's not as obvious as the pink drink. Really disappointed. Read more
