I went through the drive through and they told me it would be a 5 minute wait if I wanted Honey Walnut Shrimp. I said I was fine... with that. (I was willing to wait in the parking lot for longer if needed.) I got my food immediately which was nice, but theshrimp wasn't fully sauced up. Food was ok as always but the customer service I received from the manager (Steven) was just very poor. I really like that... always Panda Express serves pretty abundantly but NOT Steven?He served my plate pretty poorly and when asked him to please putmore he started saying in a very ?bossy? way that one scooped was the standard serving and I told him that money was not theissue and just for him to start defending his poorly serving and arguing with a customer was not the proper way to providecustomer service. I always stop here when driving between Las Vegas and Grand Junction because the food is fresh, the employees are nice and it?s... always a positive experience.
