So we wanted to try this place because we love sushi and why not, right? Food was decent but when I called and order off their menu that I pulled up online the prices were higher than what was shown.... This has happened to me twice now. Once I got a menu when I ate there in person to take home, then I ordered food two weekslater on half priced sushi that was suppose to be $5.99 then ended up paying $7.99 which was not half priced. They have the best sushi within a 50 miles radius of Cedar City! And they do a sushi happy hour Sunday through Thursday from... 4:00pm to 6:00pm! And their lunchbox specials are super delicious! Read more
So for my girlfriend's birthday, I made a reservation a week in advance for the hibachi and I also specified that my girlfriend... has never tried sushi and if they could bring sushi to The hibachi and they said yes. So the birthday comes and I get there andthey say that I have to share with someone else which is fine I get it until I get in and see that absolutely no other hibachisare being used. That's whatever, then as they're bringing us appetizers and whatnot the waitress never cleans off the table sowhen the hibachi guy comes and start serving us we have to try to eat over our mess. They bring out a sushi platter and Inaturally think it's for my girl's birthday but it was the other group of people that ordered it and I'm already eating it andsharing it with my family even though the waitress gave it to me. They charged me $40 for that sushi plate that I didn't order.My hot Japanese tea was cold and my onion soup was lukewarm. I brought my girlfriend here because my past experiences with thisplace was very good this was very bad. The only thing I can say was the hibachi griller was very entertaining and very goodbesides that the service was horrible. Pleasantly surprised. A friend recommended we try it while we were in town for the Shakespeare festival. We liked it enough we... went twice in three days. The quality of the sushi (nigiri, rolls) was all pretty good. I?d put it on par with most sushiplaces I?ve been to in coastal states. The service was good, and for the most part, pretty quick.
