Just passing through and thought we'd like some KFC. Going to get to the point. Going to KFC for chicken and you don't have it... is unacceptable. Your whole business is geared around making and delivering to customers Chicken! Ended up paying for my orderonly to find out they were out of it. They have issues with the people that work there. Very slow. Refused to give me a whole order of crispy because they had to cook it but still made me wait nearly 15 minutes for... my food at the drive up. Did not include napkins, plates, or sporks with the meal on last visit from here either. Read more
The spicy chicken sandwich was very good. The popcorn chicken....not so much. Too hard to chew, gave me the wrong sauce and the... biscuit was very dry and the drive thru gave us NO BUTTER. So not exactly thrilled 2 of the 3 items ordered were less thanaverage. Husband went in to complain about the order and they threatened him with the cops! Make sure to double check you have everything before you get back on the road. They say they can?t refund you unless you are... there in person too which I think is a lie. And the food is okay at best. Read more
What is wrong with kfc? This chicken sandwhich is totally burnt. How did they not see this when they were putting it together?... I?m tired of the poor quality lately. I've actually never been in the lobby because it's been closed for so long, but I've been through the drive-through plenty. The... line has always moved fairly fast for me, and I don't think they've ever gotten an order wrong. I always worry they are going toforget the honey and butter for my biscuit, but they never do. Hats off! Food has always been hot and tasted about as good as Iexpected. Can't ask for more than that. Read more
I get it that you have to close the dining room for short staff issues, but you should make your "quick pick up" spots for... curbside pick up! Not fun when I have to go through the long drive-thru line..... You could at least do curbside and bring outonline orders like everyone else!! How do you go inside and pick up your online order, when your dining room is CLOSED!!! Read more
