I've eaten at many different Culver's in Utah and Arizona ---- the worst burger I've had PERIOD!! My adult son and I ordered... double Mushroom Swiss burgers which are outstanding in any Culver's I've been in... Here my bun was cold to the touch!!! My twopieces of Swiss cheese were so cold they were hard NO MELTING at all. And to top it off the burgers were TASTELESS. No seasoningwhatsoever. And not juicy at all! And my son's was the same. This is NOT a hatchet job. I refer people to Culver's all the time!But never will I tell people to stop there going through town... NEVER. We had a question if our son could get mint chip ice cream and the kid behind the counter was really helpful and got it done. My... chocolate malt was great. Next time we will try the food, we were looking for a place for desserts as none of the donut shops inCedar are open on Sunday. Read more
It is 8:09pm 9/9/22 Absolutely horrendous front counter. The girl at the counter was unresponsive. I think she was looking at... her phone. Another employee had to tell her to notice my presence when I was literally right in front of her. No greeting whatso ever. Not even hi what can I get started for you. Just a blank stare like she?s just waiting for me to leave her alone so shecan go back to her nap. Unprofessional & extremely rude. Everyone else was great tho. Very disappointed with the stingy toppings on the single burger. Two tiny pickles, a tiny tomato butt, and very few stingy... little shreds of lettuce. The burger was black as night, tasted burnt and was thrown together all sloppy like nobody cared. Thecheese was half off the burger. I've had better frozen microwave convenience store burgers! paid for onion rings and my wifebought fries. But did anyone put ketchup in the bag? Absolutely no ketchup! I won't be back here. I refuse to pay good money forthis poor quality food and service. Besides I already didn't feel comfortable because the guy behind the window handlingeveryone's food had no beard net on his big red bushy beard. This place cannot put out a consistent product to save their life.One person's food will be good but the next will be terrible. I'm not sure if this issue is employee training, poor management,or just an I don't care attitude! The owner obviously doesn't care. This review has been up for 2 weeks now. The food was good but they need to provide some better training for their staff. We did not get the food we ordered. That caused... a delay. Then when we ordered an ice cream sundae it didn't come for a long time. When we inquired about it, they said their icecream machine ran out and it would be a while. I really enjoyed this place. The burger patties are small and require it to be a double to have any substance but it?s very... tasty beef. The chicken burger looked boring but once again, packed with good flavour. The chili on the chili cheese fries isvery tasty. The staff is full of awkward teenagers but they try hard and add a bit of fun to the experience eating here. I willreturn. Read more
this was my family's first time ever going to a Culver's, and we were extremely impressed!!... I thought the fries were... excellent ...not too ,salty not too bland, not too soft.. and very Crispy on the outside. I had the pub hause Burger which wasexcellent., great hamburger patty great flavor, just excellent... my wife had a Ruben, we also had some fried cheese curds and afew kids meals for the kids, we showed up just before they opened, the cashier was extremely friendly and helpful, and theservice all together was friendly and Speedy.... nothing but praise to say about their service and their food... great job guys!we will definitely be back Read more
The Burger wasn't very well prepared. The bottom half of the bun was still a little cold from the refrigerator. And the American... cheese wasn't melted. But the burger tasted pretty good considering it wasn't made very well. Update: Culver's was veryproactive about making this right, so I've updated my rating. Read more
