This Cecil location DOES NOT accept Subway coupons as of July 2022. Went there a few days ago in mid July and totally refused... Subway coupons. To add to this refusal, was charged over $11.50 for a standard 12" sandwich. Each franchise can charge anyprice they can get away with. Done with Subway here, no longer an economical lunch/dinner. Throw your coupons away patrons. Read more
This place has continues to go downhill. The owner is not friendly always acts like you are bothering him. They won?t make... chopped salads anymore, they don?t take coupons and when you get a salad it only fills up half the container. They container issmall to begin with. Horrible experience everytime. Avoid at all cost. They have the franchise but don't follow a single iota of direction,... guidance, or policies set forth by there agreement. Subway needs to shut this location down. Absolutely the worst of you orderon the app. Read more
There are multiple reasons why I am only giving them a 1 star review. Let me start off by saying the owners are the rudest... people I have ever dealt with in my life. Every time I order online or over the phone my order is always wrong. If you are notphysically standing in front of them pointing at what you want, it?s not going to be right. On top of that, when you do have anissue and you try to address it with them, they hang up on you. I called and was put on hold with no warning and then was hungup on. I call back and they did the same exact thing. After calling 3 times I finally spoke to the owner who was so incrediblyunprofessional. I ended up going down there because he hung up on me when I was trying to explain what happened. When I wasstanding there as my sandwich?s were being remade, he put lettuce on one that didn?t get it in the first place so he scooped itoff of the sandwich and put it back into the container instead of throwing it away. So to say the least I will be driving theextra mile to go to a different subway around me. Read more
