Cozy, rustic, and charming little vineyard restaurant. We had reservations at 5, arrived a little earlier and they seated us... right away with no issues. Staff were warm and friendly, but sometimes a little TMI, with personal issues. The bar is beautifuland packed. Options to sit outside, with a fire pit. There are high top tables, and lower tables. Surprisingly as small as thisrestaurant is you aren?t shouting conversations. The wine is amazing. The food was hit and miss. The 5 ?? meal was the BurrataPlate appetizer (photo). The dessert was poorly presented and executed as a plate of moldy grapes, a wedge of cheese, thenpiles of apricots, walnuts, and dark chocolate chopped. Stopped in on a whim on Sunday10/9/22. The woman behind the bar was absolutely wonderful! Super host! The wine was great, the... place is beautiful. A little disappointed there was no food, but it was a Sunday. The place was packed with only one worker.She did great but could have used help. Over all we had a wonderful experience and will stop again. Read more
Staff is great. Food is amazing and wine is terrific. A great place to spend some time and enjoy it all, including the view. It... is a limited menu, as I would expect in this type of establishment. Can be pricey but it's very fresh, I watched a guy walk inwith a box of lettuce being delivered as I was eating the same lettuce in my salad. Outdoor seating with plenty of room betweentables. We visited on a recent Saturday late afternoon and were a bit surprised by the very limited menu options. We sat at the bar and... ordered a charcuterie board.. it was pretty expensive and pretty skimpy. We also ordered wine flights, there were good wineoptions to choose from. My daughter had her wedding at Owera and it went perfectly. The wedding planner, Sarah, was extremely accommodating. Really... can?t praise them enough. All the guests had a great time and many went out of their way to say it was the best wedding theyever attended Great environment and great staff. Thanks! Read more
Have gone to Owera many times but tonight was absolutely the worst. A beautiful Thursday night, should have figured out why the... parking lot was empty when we arrived at 6:00 that things had changed. 50% of the menu was not available and even the pizzathat we settled on was missing ingredients. It?s too bad for they have spent so much on the beautiful decor and surrounding. The wine is always very good. Maybe they should just have food trucks and a bar! Just a thought. Read more
I?m sorry, I?m not one to leave negative reviews?It was our 22nd wedding anniversary and my wife was very excited about going to... Owera. We had 6:00 reservations, arrived early and got seated outside immediately, great start! After 10 minutes a waitress cameby and said she?d be right back..another 10 minutes another waitress stopped by and asked to take a drink order. Ordered a wineand a mixed drink and an appetizer. After 45 minutes we still had no drink, no water and no appetizer. We?re sitting in the hotsun, we left. Read more
Absolutely wonderful experience with Kristen!! We had a wine tasting and she did a great job explaining and recommending... everything. She is super super sweet, and kind! The wine was great, the service was fantastic, and I wish I lived closer! 10/10recommend. Read more
