I've eaten here 3 times in the past couple weeks. The food and service have both been very good. The other day I ordered on the... app, but somehow my order was placed at a store I've never been to. When I came in to Cayce I grabbed a drink as I waited for myfood. After a bit I checked my email receipt and saw the food was in Columbia. Embarrassed, I went to the counter to explain andpay for the drink, but they told me it was on the house and I could just go get my food at the other store. Very understandingof them. Read more
I love Firehouse Subs, so I was extremely excited when I found out they were opening in Cayce. Gotta say I was a bit... disappointed though. My first visit was great, food was awesome, people friendly, and the restaurant was very clean. The secondvisit the food really let me, and my wife down. Our sandwiches were just falling apart. The toppings were messy, and there justdidn't seem to be the usual amount of meat. Plus the sauces I requested were left out. I'm sure I'll give them another chance,but it might be a while. I filled out the feedback survey, and asked to be contacted, but after about 3 weeks I still haven'theard a peep. Read more
I ordered the meatball sub. I think it was very good. Maybe the second best I've had. My wife ordered the Hook & Ladder on... wheat bread. She didn't get the wheat bread, but she thought the sandwich was very good. Read more
