THE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!! I wish I could give them ZERO STARS!!!! The people told us that the food was burnt and dried out... because they were rushing in the back and it might not be to our liking! The waitress NEVER CAME BACK to refill our drinks,attend to any of our needs or bring something as simple as napkins. We accidentally left $20 on the table and the waitress gotan attitude and says who leaves money on the table?then as we?re leaving the silly man at the bar says wow! You?re not leavingher a tip. Horrible! Inattentive and rude waitress. Dirty menu, inside and out. Ordered the El Jimador "Mexican" BBQ pimento cheese burger.... Buns were burnt and sandwiches were sloppy and thin. Menu said it came with seasoned fries. Didn't get any fries. When waitresswas asked about it, she said it didn't come with fries, even after she was told it says so on the menu. So, $11.00 for cheapgrocery store burger buns, just average "Mexican" pulled pork, jalapeños from a jar, pimento cheese that probably came from atub, no fries and crummy service. Manager rude. We came in with 30 people to celebrate a baptism. We did inform them a week beforehand. When we tried to sit down... he yelled at us. The staff came in with our food and just yelled out our order, we had to yell back if it was our plate, allrandom. Mind you he also said we could not all have separate checks and we in fact had to sit at the same table as our family,we could not sit with other friends. Second time I have been dissatisfied with this place, I gave them another shot as it wassomeone else's choice. We will not be back. Read more
My Jimador Mixed Grill was Excellent! The food was perfectly prepared. The chip were a bit stale and the salsa was cold and... somewhat tasteless. But again, the main course was Superb. Parking is tight so get there early. The wait staff areprofessional and very polite. The booths are clean and the restaurant has a great vibe. Alcoholic drinks must be good as theywere coming.out left and right. I had a diet coke. Read more
It was tasty. service somewhat ok. Tons of varieties and options and great variety of drinks as well. Restrooms are ok as well.
Took forever for the hostess to recognize that we were there. After about 10 minutes of standing and waiting, we finally were... seated. Service takes forever. Food is just okay. Read more
I got the "ultimate chimichanga" with steak and chicken... paid $3 more for the extra meat.... in the pic you see below in the... red circle is all the meat that came in my chimichanga.... no exaggeration I really had like 3 small pieces of chicken and nosteak but like a little tiny strip or 2... super disappointing. I got a fried tortilla basically with rice on my plate. And thisis after we waited 40 mins for are food and they weren't even busy we were 1 of 2 other tables. Will never come and waste mymoney here again. Once I took a few bites and wasn't getting any meat is when I opened it up to see how much was really in thereand it was for real just them 3 little pieces you see in the pic and the rest was just green peppers. Food was quite good. Not overpowering hot Unless you requested it. The wood work is Beautiful. Only complaint I have is the... Chairs are too heavy for me. Next visit I'll ask for a booth. Read more
