Today was my first visit to this location, and I'm disappointed with the customer service. The operator at the drive thru was... rude and condescending. I was greeted with "Welcome to Dunkin", to which I replied, thank you. "Welcome to Dunkin" was repeated,so I then asked if I may place my order, not being sure the operator could hear me speaking. The operator then informed me that"Welcome to Dunkin" apparently means he is ready to take my order. Silly me, I thought "Welcome to Dunkin" meant that I wasbeing received with pleasure and hospitality. I informed the operator of my ignorance to the meaning and then placed my order(sausage, egg, and cheese begal and an order of hasbrowns). The operator did not bother to ask if I needed anything else, orprovide me with the order total, I was simply told to pull around. Given this interaction, I was fearful of how my order may behandled, so I did not bother to stop and pay for or receive my order. I simply took my business elsewhere. Read more
This is by far the worst DD I have ever been to. The counter is nasty, the girls wipe their hands on their pants and goes right... back to preparing food. Another was vaping behind the counter all of the girls look unclean they were extremely disorganized andfood was all over the floor. They never washed the spoons off they just mix one order with it and use it for another. The ownerreally needs to come and get this place in order. Read more
Either this store closes sooner than 7, or carryout is not an option (contrary to the signs outside saying Drive-Thru and... Carryout). Update: I think they are closing early because they are throwing away the donuts from the day, leaving them withnothing to sell for the last 15 minutes they are open. The workers are very nice, but the selection was INCREDIBLY limited, aseverything else was in the trash when I walked in. Read more
I?ve been to this specific Dunkin twice in the past two days and both times my order was hilariously incorrect. The first day... they gave me a lemonade refresher instead of green tea and a croissant instead of a bagel. The second day they gave me baconinstead of sausage on the same sandwich! It?s honestly laughable how inconsiderate and lazy the staff is at this site. Read more

I came here for Halloween and my spider donut wasn?t even decorated. On top of that when we walked in the lady rolled her eyes... at us for coming in then was on the phone the whole time and couldn?t process what we wanted. Even though we wanted 2 donuts and2 drinks that they had in plain sight on their menu. Then when I went to get up to order some hash browns there were four peoplewho all ignored me and refused to look at me. I work in customer service so I?m usually lenient but my god this location washorrible, no wonder there was no line inside or out on Halloween Read more
