We were told about COWS at an inn we stayed at in Charlottetown. Great ice cream and good cones. Fun flavors?many had names that... were a play on words about cows. We went to one store in Cavendish and one in Charlottetown. A must for an island vacation! Read more

Stopped to see if I could enjoy some ice cream but I?m traveling alone with a pup so I couldn?t go in with the dog. A wonderful... employee, Caleb, saw me and kindly offered to hold my pup for me??. Was my last day on PEI and had to stop here for a nice treat on a nice summer day, was around 5 in the afternoon on a Saturday,... line was about 20 people long when I entered but only took a few minutes to get to the front.
