Pretty good food sometimes service is slow due to lack of employees but they are nice about it and not rude

This is a review of the Ash Flat, AR Sonic all the rest of you deserve 5 stars. Ash Flat doesn't care about customer service,... they take their merry ole time bringing out orders, I mean I ordered a rte 44 sweet tea, it's not rocket science but it tookthem almost 25 minutes to get it to me. I had ordered during happy hour but that time had come and gone so what did they do?Offer me a coupon? NO. Offer to give me the drink for free? NO. Offer to give it at happy hour price? Sadly NO. What they didwas charge me full price, no explanation for the long wait times. No... Nothing. Sadly the next day I fared only slightlybetter, my wait time was only 15 minutes again... We ordered a big family meal at 5:50 pm it was suppose to be ready at 6:30 which is way to long for a not busy sonic then I went... up 15 minutes early pushed the button told the person what I was there for waited over 20 minutes pushed again told them againset there another 20 minutes person comes out and says can we help you I told that person I had already pushed the button 2times and what I was there for that person went in 2 seconds layer brings it to me which another person already took my order toanother car beside me and took it back in 20 minutes before that got home and sure enough I couldn't even eat my food andeveryone else didn't like theirs. Better than most Sonics in my opinion. Typically the service is good and the carhops are friendly and patient. Very small town... feel and always a pleasure to visit. Only two complaints: have had some very unenthusiastic interactions with the staff (notrude just very devoid of life.) On the lower end of cleanliness and some of the outdoor menus are broken a bunch. So farnothing that would stop me from coming back. Thanks Sonic crew! Read more
Fast service and Freshly made hot food. It would be nice however if they included all of the menu items on the actual menu... instead of the screen that changes every few seconds. It makes it very confusing to know what they have if it's new. Read more
Gave me food poisoning. All i had was french toast sticks. Cookie bites with ice cream that tasted off.
