We ordered for takeaway but ended up eating at the cute outdoor dining picnic benches in the back. Food was exactly what we were... looking for - healthy and tasty. We got the kaaterskill bowl, poke bowl, and a beef taco. The taco was great - would definitelyorder again and try some of the others - but was overflowing and we ate it with a fork (may be bc of takeout). We got 2 Burgers and it was both a blast from the past and a clean modern take. Very simple and full of flavor. like something... you'd get at a drive-in spot back in the 50s. clean and thoughtful with every ingredient that went into the food. A rare gem where the location's vibe truly matches the quality of the restaurant's output: fantastic. The staff were lovely and... the decor is out of this world. We stumbled upon this place on a whim and were blown away with the quality and vibrance ofdowntown Catskill. This is a review for the ice cream shop inside. Great flavor with amazing texture, very low prices (3 flavors for $5), sampling... is allowed, and a decent number of options (8 one vegan). There is a $10 minimum for card payment. We got the killer chocolate(outrageously good, a must try), lavender and coconut almond joy. All three were great and the lavender had a nice subtleflavor. They serve ice cream made from Hudson valley creameries. They also have free mint water. Read more
