Eat here 2-3 times a month ordering online for carryout. Employees are very nice. I have caught them cleaning the restaurant at... least twice. Biggest problem is when you order online and choose steak or chicken with chorizo they are real bad about ignoringyour preference and you will get chicken. Read more

My favorite local Mexican spot. Never had a bad meal here and we go all the time, price is pretty low for the quality of food... you get, the quantities are fairly large. Margaritas are great. Senor pancho is also my go-to for catering food for work eventsand they're always a hit! Read more

Customer service was poor arrest the restroom was disgustingly nasty my granddaughter wouldn't even use the bathroom because it... was so dirty you couldn't close the bathroom door. The waitress that we had was awful it took forever for us to get our food wesat there for probably 45 minutes waiting on food and when I went to pay the cashier charged me way more than what my bill wasand then left with my credit card and did not bother to bring it back himself instead it was my waitress that brought it backand instead of bringing me both receipts the manager voided out the old overcharge and just brought me my current receipt I hadto ask for the receipt all in all it was one of the worst experiences I have had with the restaurant the only saving grace isthat the food was good even though they didn't get my order right the cashier needs more help on her customer service skills andher waitressing skills Read more

Worst experience ever. Waitress had a horrible attitude from the beginning. We ordered and it took over 45 min to get any food.... Then when the food started coming out every single order was drastically wrong. If it was supposed to be chicken it was beef.Fajita nachos came out with meat and onions dumped on chips no cheese at all. I will never return to this restaurant. Read more

I have been dining here since before 2017 ( the year my husband died) we both enjoyed the food & reasonable prices plus... excellent service. They have changed owners, restaurant name, menus & decor since then. But the food, service, price, is stillexcellent & it remains my favorite restaurant here in Catoosa! Read more
