I noticed my pizza didn't have extra cheese on it, so the boy checking me out, LITTERALLY WALKED BACK TO THE FOOD AREA, AND WITH... HIS BARE HANDS, SCOOPED UP A BUNCH OF CHEESE, AND WALKED BACK TO THE CHECK OUT COUNTER AND SPREADED IT ON MY PIZZA IN THE BOXAND OFFERED TO REHEAT IT FOR ME...... I was so stunned I just walked out. We've order from this location twice now. Both times delivery took more than it should have (first time was well over an hour)... so we got luke warm almost cold pizza. They don't put a lot of cheese on the pizza. A few slices were mostly baked crust whichis unfortunate. Read more

We always order from this location and it usually is pretty good quality and speed wise. Unfortunately the last two times we... have ordered our pizza with extra cheese it has not been added. No biggie but extra cheese is almost 3 bucks and I don?t like tojust throw that away. I?ll give it one more go before I just quit the extra cheese option or find a place that will add itconsistently. Decent but not great. Lots of jalapenos on the extra jalapeno pizza but some other pizzas I ordered were lacking in pizza sauce... and toppings, especially the extra bacon pizza (did not look like it had enough bacon for even a "normal" amount of bacon). AndI think the stuffed crust offering/deal should be at least 2 toppings but it's only 1... pretty weak. And what happened to thecrust flavorings??? They were really good but they seem to be gone now. Read more

The wings had no flavor (they were supposed to be Spicy Garlic and tasted plain) and the order took over an hour. This was an... out of town order for us, and our local Pizza Hut in Fort Wayne would have been delicious and much faster. We tipped $10 upfront and it still was slow and cold by the time it got to us. Read more
