Me and my boyfriend had THE BEST experience ever. There was only one guy working tonight and he had the best attitude and very... polite and I'm pretty sure he was also cooking, doing dishes, cleaning tables, and waiting. He done all this by himself whilealso having a big table of 8 with 4 more tables. This guy deserves a raise or something we tried leaving as big of tip as we canbut I know that wasn't nearly as much as he deserves. I wish I could've gotten his name ????. He was a really fast worker wedidn't need to wait for anything. We just had a really good experience. We need more workers like him. Read more
Food was amazing!!! Service was kinda slow but understandable when the main person that was seating people was rude, threatening... patrons, and all around annoying. Will go back because food was good and waiter was good but OMG the one person was crazy!!! Read more
Best service I have had in years! The food was excellent and it was a quiet day so I could especially enjoy a nice e breakfast... with my grandson who is a joy with all of his stories! Read more
The food was good but the atmosphere really needs cleaned up! There are a lot of cigarette butts all over the sidewalk right... outside the door. The entry way needs a good vacuuming and all of the dividers need cleaned and wiped down. The restroom was notany better with leaky toilets and a need for a super deep cleaning. We were in, on Feb 20th, close to midnight. We'd been standing, waiting to be seated (approx. 8 mins) when Jordan came to seat... us. Just then, Katrina came by and said to Jordan, "I'm leaving, I'm outta here!"???? Tho she was shocked, she maintained hercomposure and turned her attention back to us. I said, "Wow, did she just quit?", to which Jordan replied, "No, she's justleaving, apparently."??????????? My man said dang, she's not getting fired or anything? "Nope! We are so short handed, peoplecan basically do whatever they want, without worrying about getting fired."???? ???????? Tables were dirty, and more customerswere behind us, waiting to be seated... And an employee just decided she was done for the night!????? I understand needing help,but there's a huge difference between having someone that actually does their job, and someone just collecting a paycheck. Imade sure to ask names, because Jordan handled the situation so well. She did the best she could, in a very difficult andawkward situation. I watched Katrina bus a table so she could get her tip, assumably. Then she took care of the table she waswaiting on while we were being seated, and she did indeed leave. When we finally got our food, my man was not happy with his (Ifhe chooses to review, I'll leave that to him.) I ordered a waffle, thinking it would be the easiest and quickest choice. Thatmay have been so, because what he ordered, clearly took longer. When my waffle was finally served, it was so cold, it wouldn'teven melt the butter!!???? We ate anyway, because we were starving. And, just a side note to the employees: Not everyone that'sout that late, has been drinking or partying and just looking to fill their gut or soak up the alcohol!???????? We had beenvisiting family and lost track of time, and were basically low on options, that late. Unfortunately the experience left usdisappointed and frustrated. Dirtiest place I have seen in a while. It was empty, there was only one other table when I came in and now I know why. I looked... around while waiting for my appetizer that never came til after the meal, observed the dirt compacted on the painting hangingabove my table, all the empty dirty tables, food everywhere on the floor, dividers full of handprints and mouthprints, employeesstanding around with no clue. It was one of my favorite places, but this one at this one location truly ruined it for us. Didnot eat much of the food because I was concerned considering what the seating area looked like, I can only imagine the kitchen.The bathroom was equally impressive. Overall horrible experience. Placed my online order and it said it would be ready for pickup in 45 minutes. Showed up 50-60 minutes later. There are no... parking spots for curbside pick-up which is what we chose. Long story short 45 minutes later our order was ready then themanager checked it and it was missing something????. So another 10 minutes and we are ready. Food was ok not hot whichconsidering how long we waited u would think it would be fresh. Oh well. Read more
Always quick and good service... I think it could take over if the food overall quality was better. Don't get me wrong I'm sure... the cooks are doing the best the can with what they have to work with.. Read more
