UPDATE: This little gem of a cafe has become a weekly dinner for us. Besides the Bun Cha Gio, the Fried rice is off the charts.... A must try is the Hmong Sausage. First of all, you can really taste and feel like their food are home cooked meals. Authentic and made with love. ? The beef... pho was really good. It was a little sweeter than I had expected when compared to other pho broths but for some reason the moreI ate, the better and better it tasted. The pho was so good I didn't even want to add Sriracha or hoison sauce. The chili oilwas all I needed. The beef on the bone was plenty and super tender! My sister, son and I stopped by for a late lunch/early dinner and we fully enjoyed our time here. The pho is solid, Thai tea is... good, steamed rolls and egg rolls were also good. I would highly recommend their Thai style papaya salad, for anyone who enjoyspapaya salad. I think their papaya salad is the perfect blend of spicy, sweet, and sour, and I honestly wish I also ordered oneto go. Their service was great, as we were greeted, waited on and all the employees we interacted with were super friendly andhelpful. We would definitely be regulars if we lived closer. 10/10 recommend!
