Drove up at 11:40pm, very long line at drive thru. Took 20 minutes to get to the order window, display changed right at... midnight. No one took my order, drove around to payment window, no one there, drove to pick up window. Employee mopping floor.There was a line out to Frederick blocking traffic that wanted to purchase food. This McDonald's is probably the best in the county and the city to be honest. Different employees than a few years ago.... Employees are friendly, helpful, and go out their way for customer satisfaction. It's kept clean daily because the employeeswork hard to get it done. ???????????? The food and drinks is always kept fresh, always changing it out when necessary so that'srefreshing to know. This is the only McDonald's in the area I would go to. They were always fast and friendly. Here lately the cashiers who work the... drive-thru have not been very people friendly and often have an attitude. The other night the line wasn't long at all in theDrive-Thru we waited at least 10 minutes. When we got our food I told the lady our fries were cold she said I know we'reshort-handed. That was it. I don't think I will be visiting McDonald's in a while at least that one. The one on Frederick roadand Catonsville I believe they are under New Management which needs a big improvement. Read more
4months ago place was great and now the last place i would recommend for sheer unreal last 3 visits. You can decide visit 1 no... one answered, no one at window at drive through. It was 12:30pm,Next to last visit, no note or post or warning to customers thatthey where so short staffed they would only serve uber eats and door dash so we were turned away.Last and final visit in drivethru again and customer ahead was told he would take her order in 10 to 15 Minutes yes she even repeated minutes back to tellerto confirm.... So you get the jest after 3 visits,in a row, and no services, and 5 dollar/ a gallon gas. I cant afford to wasteany money to get nothing in return nor should anyone nowadays. Hope helps Read more
Bathroom was absolutely disgusting, didn't use it. Staff was very rude. I just left and went somewhere else.
