Worst experience, no one asked me if I needed to order and asked the lady who didn?t know english but it?s fine. Asked for a cup... of water from tap which is usually free. Got charged $2 for a plastic cup that probably costs 10 cents on Amazon to get tapwater. The lady didn?t tell me and charged my card for the water and I would have said no. I always get a steak bowl and not only have they increased the price but decreased the size AND the steak is trash... old, dry... and cold! The price increase is not posted, this steak tastes like charred bologna... I'm not in the mood to argue, customerservice sucks... this is $14 wasted cuz it's going in the can... Read more

Their chickens are taste good, but side dashes are below average. Staffs are friendly but dining area is always dark and... dirty. I ended up take out their chickens only. Read more

My wife and I come here at least once a week and order a whole chicken between the two of us every time. Once or twice a little... inconsistency with the chicken being a little drier than we like but when its on point it's super well seasoned and juicy toboot. Not a "service" -based place, get your chicken at the counter and go. Run by an immigrant family whose first language isnot English, but they do their best. I'm a happy customer and getting a full meal of high nutritional value that tastes good fortwo at ~20 bucks give or take - I'm a super happy customer. Both their sauces are great. Read more

I asked for "softer" vegetables due to my husband's dental work that day. This request was ignored. I asked not to put mayo on... my sub because I wasn't going to eat it right away. This was ignored. Really good food undercut by poor service. We had the half chicken with fried rice, yuca and plantains, as well as the Lima's... fish. All of the food was delicious and service was pretty quick, but the staff was not friendly or helpful - I ended up waiting5-10 minutes just to get some extra sauce. There's lots of seating, and it's quite a spacious restaurant. Overall, the servicetakes away from what otherwise would be a lovely experience. Read more
