So I was charged twice for bagels and when I told the employee he told me I couldn?t get a refund because his manager wasn?t... here! If an employee makes a mistake I should be able to get a refund weather the manager is there are not. I would have to goall the way back another day just to get a refund. Google says you close at 9pm I came at 6pm and all the employees (like 5 of them... not sure they all worked there) were sitting... there relaxing with the door locked. I saw them taking drive thru orders but they were sitting around with the door locked juststaring at you when you try to open the door. Crew on Sept 6th around 6pm Read more

My fiancé and I came in for two breakfast sandwiches and two strawberry dragonfruit coconut milk refreshers. What could go... wrong, right? Everything. We got our order and the drinks looked a little odd? almost slightly curdled, but it?s coconut milk,so maybe it?s bits of coconut? We didn?t think anything of it at the time and enjoyed our breakfast. About an hour afterfinishing our sandwiches and half our drinks, we were both violently ill. Neither of us continued our drinks as we didn?t startfeeling sick until we drank the refreshers. We will never return to this Dunkin? again. It?s ridiculous that they are so cheapthat they use expired products and make customers physically sick. Read more
I live close so this was my go to dunkin. It was hit or miss if they would get my order right but last time I went, I got a chai... latte that basically had a cake of vomit where the foam should be, the milk was probably bad and they still steamed it andserved it anyway, I'm glad I caught it before I drank too much of it, still made me sick to know I drank some of that Read more
Went through the drive--thru and I was the only car. Was only ordering one item and before I could even finish my order the guy... cut me off and asked "Anything else?" I said no and was told to pull forward. When I got to the window he scanned the app andtook my payment. Handed me my drink and the sweet cold foam was not even as wide as my pinky finger. I ordered a large. Icommented that that's not a lot of foam and the reply was 'Ugh.' I said why am I not surprised I was cutoff when I ordered and Idrove a way. It would be nice of we were allowed to order without being cutoff and asked "anything else? or "is that all?" Thishappens at a ton of places but should NEVER happen when you are the only car in the drive through. Read more
We really like this Dunkin Donuts. The service is really fast and the service is good .
