Great place...Coffee was old brewed like morning or so and I could feel that taste..other than that everything else was good.
The Pumpkin or The Cake flavored signature iced coffees wasn't as good as usual last time I went. Don't get coffee with... sprinkles in it lol just don't. But I'm not giving three stars based on flavor here. My GF ordered mini everything bagels and wewere sitting right in front of them for 17 min before she had to say something. Not her responsibility right? Showing morepatience than usual, she asked for a refund after 20 mins. I honestly don't know how DD stay in business. The coffee was watery, the selection of creamers slim to meager and overpriced,... The part of the experience was the customer service ???? otherwise this would be a zero star rating. Read more
