Long wait because the two workers have to work on the same online order together instead of one doing the order and the other... handling the massive line of customers. At first i walked in, two of us, stood there for a good 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. By this time another customer... was waiting with us. Then they made our order. To my findings on the first bite my eggs were still frozen. So I complained andall they did was MICROWAVE my whole sandwich. Steak, egg, flat bread, pepper jack, lettuce and tomato with Chipotle sauce. Thisis NOT something you microwave. Worst subway ever, and I love subway. Read more
