Waited 20 mins for poppers and roast beef and cheeder. They told us us pull forward and forgot about us until we called, as soon... we called is when the employee we could see from the window jumped up from sitting on the counter to go prepare the food. Read more
This Arbys will turn down gift cards the first time until you tell them to enter it manually. Theft.
The staff is always friendly and helps us get the best deal for what we order, foods always made exactly how we ask never got a... wrong order from this place, honestly prefer this arby over anything in the area. Read more

I wouldn't let me dog eat here. The food was good. However, my 2 friends and myself stopped by and we were the only ones at the... restaurant. We were told to pull up and they would have our order out. Mind you, we ordered poppers, a roast beef cheddar withno bun, and a water. I was going to try their pie but they said it was going to be a 7 minute wait and I politely said "No thankyou, I don't want to wait that long." Fast forward 20 minutes, no order, and the employee who was supposedly making our orderwas sitting on the counter scrolling through his phone (we could see inside). My friend calls and says that we have been waitingfor over 20 minutes for 2 items and it was ridiculous. They brought our food out after stating they "forgot about us".....usbeing the only customers there. We waited in the drive-thru for a total of 33 minutes before we got our food. Which, again, 2items. No lines. No other customers. After stating I feel like we should get a coupon or a voucher for a free meal they said "isthat all" and hung the phone up. Read more
