Stopped at this Starbucks as we were heading into town from the airport. Service was good and drinks made as ordered. Careful if... you are turning into the parking lot, you don't want to ground your front end on the pavement. Read more
This is the 4th time Starbucks Refreshers made me sick. I ordered the strawberry acai and within about an hr and a half I... started puking my guts out. This also happened to me with the Pink Drink and the Dragon Drink in the past. Maybe I?m allergic. Idon?t know. Drive thru. The cup was so full the lid did not close and the Frappuccino was dripping on her hand as she handed it quickly out... the window. As I waited for my other drink, I set it on the window sill and tried to use my own napkins to clean it, the sill,and my hands. When she opened the window I asked if she could fix this and she shoved the lid on, slung the excess from herhands and handed me a filthy cup. It got inside and outside of my car. She did hand me the napkin she used tho...how kind. Mycar had just been washed at the wash next door. I had to literally turn around and wash it again. I had to clean the inside cupholder. My clothes had coffee all over them. She saw all this and closed the window and walked away. I go to Starbucks about 2to 3 times per week and have never been treated like that. Good service and staff are all masked up. Usual good taste to my nonfat latte. Restrooms are clean. In this city, masking also... is required indoors. So all customers also are masked. And they've got a few shaded tables outdoors to enjoy a great view ofthe parking lot and a few stray palm trees. What more can you ask for? Read more
