First I have to start by saying Anthony is our favorite barista (my daughter and myself); his high energy at 5 am is definitely... what she and I need as we?re going to her dance practice. This location (Vista Chino & Landau) has always been my favoritebecause of its close proximity to my home (can walk here if I wanted); but as of lately things have kept me from coming asfrequently as I have in the past. Having worked hospitality in high school and in my younger adult years I always give slack andthink if I were in their shoes (family can vouch same way when we go to a sit down restaurant, always have my children pick upafter themselves and make sure to be patient and say thank you); but there has to be some give and take. Today (10/27/22) Iplaced an order for a mobile order (1 iced coffee nothing special) and I had to wait 30 minutes to pick up through the drivethru. I don?t mind waiting but the whole point of order ahead is so you can skip the line. I would hope and wish that managementturn off the mobile order feature when they don?t have the staff to handout the drinks in the front. Read more
