So sad to see these young people working very hard and yet they are very understaffed. We all need to be kinder to one another... and more understanding. I was told the manager is trying to hire more workers. I hope things turn around for them as I thoughtthe staff looked tired and beaten down and although they were kind to me and once they could wait on me provided excellentservice. Worst McDonalds experience yet, location in Catalina, AZ. After 10 minutes Had to call to the back to get someone to bring up... our order from the Kiosk. Employees were rude and slovenly dressed. Grandchild's happy meal hamburger had ketchup leaking outover the whole burger. French fries cold. The happy meal was supposed to have fries, and extra fries as the side - only got 1sparse packet of fries, maybe 12 fries. The A/C was on so high it was freezing, and we had to go eat in our car. Fries were luke warm, spicy deluxe crispy chicken sandwich was old dry like it's been sitting there a long time no crisp or... spice at all, I mentioned it to them and was told I had ordered it without the spicy sauce, ok I did but the sandwich patty isdry and not crispy. She walked away and never came back. Very poor service. Read more
Extremely nice staff, quick and efficient drive-through. The quality/presentation of products varies at times, but overall... always a good experience. Update 05/22/2022: They seem to have their ice-cream machine broken frequently. ???? Read more
Did NOT go to McDonald's at this location! Went to Carlota's Authentic Mexican Restaurant at 15881 North Oracle Road, Tucson,... AZ. (Next to McDonald's) Carlota's had fantastic food and a colorful, vibrant atmosphere! We went on a Friday night. There wasabout a 5 minute wait before we were seated. Didn't have reservations. There was a Mariachi Band playing. They were verytalented performers. Olivia has a very powerful and lovely voice. I almost forgot that I had gone there to eat. Our waiter wasRicardo. Very outgoing and friendly, as well as attentive and efficient. I plan to ask to be seated at one of Ricardo's tableson my next visit. The food was hot when delivered with adequate portions. I had Combination #3. The tamale was reallyyummy! Would have liked a larger serving of tortilla chips. Meal came with a small bowl, and one refill was free. Carlota'srecently relocated to the opposite side of the highway next to McDonald's. There is a median that requires a U-turn if you arecoming from Tucson. I recommend Carlota's Authentic Mexican Restaurant for a fun experience. Read more

Crapo nuggets. I should know better. Was hungry and in a hurry. McDonald's needs to go back to serving the food that started it... all and forget all the other food items. Of course I don't expect 25 cent hamburgers like when I was young. Ha Read more
