It's not like it used to be. Everything got turned upside down. I dont know what subway was thinking doing what they did to this... place. You place the order THEN they make the food... umm why? This isnt a McDonald's, its SUBWAY! The old subway restaurant wasset up in a great way. Left to right, tell them what you want as their making it. It's that easy. Now It's right to left, whereyou tell them what you want, then they make it. It's a waste of time and super inefficient! And what if I want to change myorder? I'm allready going to watch you as you make my food. Thats the fun of subway. Completely ruined the classic subwayexperience. Would not recommend eating here. This place treated us like we were an inconvenience for Alex to have to serve. My family knows Alex personally and because of... this he didn't even ask us how we wanted our sandwiches. Used the excuse that they changed the way they did things but askedevery single other customer after us, how they wanted their sandwiches. It doesn't matter if you have personal issues with acustomer or not when you're working and that person is a customer you treat them with respect regardless.
