Good food and good service, place isn't much to look at inside but all in all a good experience
Great food!! My opinion it is one of the best Mexican Restaurants in Medina County.
El Portal has got to be one of the best restaurants in Texas. It's got great authentic Mexican food, Tex-mex food , excellent... sea food, and USA food, and the service is very attentive, friendly, clean. I just can't say enough about how good this placeis , the place is always packed with people. El Portal makes a person feel very much at home. The owners are very always around, listening to what people say about their visit, and the prices for the food is low considering how much a person gets. To topit off, the place is super clean.
