Runs slowly. Very long lines. Called in a takeout order that wasn't prepared until we arrived and waited through a 15 minute... line. On the plus side, the man taking orders was very polite and seemed to be trying to make things better. Read more
This is my honest review. The food is awful, the popcorn chicken is so bad and same with all the other food. It takes so long... and is honestly not even good. The drinks are ok some of the time but other times it?s awful. Everything is so slow there andthis one worker who messed up the order and it took like 10 minutes to order. Read more
It was a pretty ... poor experience. It was great at the start when they greeted you, but it went down hill like a water fall.... It went down really quick. The person who was taking the order failed to ask if she couldn?t hear it and placed the wrong order.The milk tea tasted watered down and had little to no taste of tea. I?m pretty sure I?m not the only one because looking aheadof the people who ordered, they had problems with their orders and had to be redone. There?s only one person making the milk teaand the equipment is limited, so don?t expect it to be quick or to get big orders at a reasonable time. Would not recommend. Read more
I ordered a pineapple smoothie. It was overpriced. The menu said it wis between $4 and $5 for 24 oz, but the smoothie was... actually 25% drink-able and 75% ice. I tried breaking the ice to drink more, but it just tasted like ice. Never happened beforeand there were no warnings. Read more
