This place has changed over time. It is difficult to park here. my last visit in November 2021 was prolematic. I ordered... ahead as usual. when I arrived well after the time the order was promised. they had no even started the order. they had along line and 1 person working the noon rush. I asked the person to just process a credit on my order. I indicated mydissatisfactoion on the email survey sent to me by the subway app. The owner responded. he indicated he would process a refundand asked me for my account information. I gave it to him, but he failed to process the refund. I was prompted to write thisreview after eceiving another email from him apologizing for my bad experience bu still does not seem to think refunding myorder is important. The worst subway I have ever been. Extremely dirty and cleanliness is zero
This location does not honor ANY of the company's coupons. So, if you want to use them, go to the other CV subway locations. I... was very rudely told that when I had already ordered a sandwich, so the owner (who was there) wanted me to pay full price, towhich I said NO way. I told him the signage was very confusing as to what coupons are accepted and what are not. So, he kickedme out of the store and told me "never to come back". No problem, I won't ever return. I complained to corporate about theconfusing signage about coupons, the owner being so rude and him not accepting ANY corporate coupons. Sandwiches are usually good, which is why I went out of my way to drive to this location. Today the sandwiches were subpar. ... Maybe because you have to order online & pickup and unable to watch them make it? My pastrami sandwich had way too much mustardin proportion to the meat, and she forgot to add the pepper jack cheese and southwest chipotle sauce. Read more
This Subway Shop never disappoints me. I?ve been going here for the past 5 years. Whenever I need a quick pick me up I pick this... specific location. The staff here is extremely nice and helpful and always seem happy. The location is perfect. Right next to agym, so after my workout I?ll stop by at Subway for a quick sandwich. The bathrooms here are very clean and looks like they arealways taken care of and cleaned. The counter and the looking glass are always clean and tidy. The workers are always wearinggloves and I haven?t seen any nasty moment. The seating place is nice and roomy. There are only a few tables but this place israrely crowded. Overall.... The only worker was competent but not friendly. One sandwich at a time...i waited 10 minutes just to order and only two... customers were ahead of me. She got the orders right without need of repeating even with lomg lists of ingredients. Good dangsandwiches... Read more
