Reviews for Koyomi in Castro Valley, CA
As Sushi lover, this place is not the right place for me. I ordered the nigiri combination and it was a not good at all. Very... fish taste and smell wrong, not fresh. See my photo, the colors are faded out. And No draft beers here. Read more
Solid, family oriented sushi place with lots of selections, and a sushi and sashimi menu that has over 100 items. This is not... where I go for a romantic dinner, but this is where I bring the family! Nice people too Read more
This place is pretty tasty! We got dinners and some sushi and the portions were great. The rolls we got were actually pretty... dang big which was really nice. Definitely will be ordering from here again since we live close by. Only downside is the parkingin back is tiny but there's still plenty of places to park on the street behind the restaurant. Don't wait to try them! Read more
This place use to be good. Lately, the flavors have not been on point. The latest sushi we bought, the other day, tasted like it... was made hours ago; it tasted old. It was not good at all. In fact I felt nauseous a few hours after eating it. Also, thecustomer service is terrible. We don?t feel appreciated as a long standing customer. We will not be returning anymore. Read more
Good sushi restaurant. Price is fair. Sashimi is fresh good size.
Phenomenal! So fresh and yummy. Great prices and friendly staff. And the spicy Tuna roll is actually really spicy! I LOVE IT
Food is average. Nothing memorable or outstanding that you have to go back. Lunch Specials are only during Tu - Fri only 11 -... 2:30. Portions are decent. Prices are reasonable. Service is quick and efficient. Kid Friendly - there is a kids menu. Howeverno diaper changing table in the restrooms. Parking lot in the back. Accessibility friendly. Read more
