Wow the prices have sure gone up since we began eating there. I guess the remodel was very costly so prices went up a lot. Seems... like they doubled. They didn't seem very busy inside but I think their take out orders create a great demand on staff. Our foodcame out one dish at a time with 5 to 10 minutes between each one ordered. Either more staff is needed or take out should belimited. Service was pretty poor that evening. Read more
Food was excellent. Service was superb. Price was reasonable. Atmosphere was pleasant. Restrooms were clean. Restaurant was well... maintained. I would highly recommend them when in the area. We travel quite a bit and I review several restaurants and this hasto be one of the best Chinese food restaurants I've had in quite some time. Read more
I ordered house chowmein has nothing on it, no vegetables, bland taste. I asked the server why there is no vegetables in the... chowmein she said they put a little which I don't see any soul of vegetables. House fried rice is the same no taste it's bland.Then we ordered coffee she gave us cold coffee so I told her I did not ordered those. She took it back then I saw her and theother lady and put it in microwave. What a nasty coffee. Waitress is rude. I did not leave any tip since she didn't even servethe soup which is also no taste it's like they only poured hot water on the wanton and no vegetables. Years ago it was one of my favorite places. Food is good, but horrible service, they are rude and mad all the time. Recently I... left my wallet behind and when I came back for it, they had taken out the cash that was inside $120???? I live in theneighborhood so I used to go to this place often. As a family we order from them if we want good, flavorful, hot take out. They are pretty evenly priced and the quality of their... ingredients are always wonderful. Given that I love them so much, I asked them to cater for me for a company lunch. I needed ita whole hour before they opened and they agreed. The morning I picked it up went smoothly. Huge portions and despite the largequantities, everything tasted as if it was made to order for a single plate. I was really impressed. Needless to say, lunch wasa smash hit with my coworkers. DONT COME TO EAT HERE!! There was nothing but mosquitoes coming into our food and we had let the server know and they still had... the audacity to charge my family the food that was tainted with flies. The only food I did eat made me feel so sick and I threwup after from the horrible experience and the thought of who knows what else is going into my food while they’re cooking it.They’re also charging ridiculous expensive prices to just rip you off in the end! Don’t charge extra for mediocre foodbecause your business is struggling. I’m sorry for the honest review but I’m so upset for my sisters birthday being ruinedwith food poising for the whole family. Do not come here. Rudest staff. Ling does not how to answer the phone nor speak to customers. Tried ordering online and order... was going through. I called 3 times and was placed on hold then hung up on each time. She said I'm hanging up in her. Firsttime, I thought they are busy and accidentally hung up but 3 times is ridiculous. Asked to speak to someone in charge and wastold there's no manager today and doesn't know when a manager will be in. Ridiculous and rude!!! Read more
