Very tasty dishes and great portion size. Worth the money! We tried the lamb and butter chicken: both were delicious.

I had an amazing visit last night to The Cuisine of India in Castlegar. I was so impressed with the service and atmosphere in... this small BC town. The lassi drinks were sweet, I had the best veggie Samosas ever. Their mint and tamarind sauces for samosaswere chilled and perfectly blended. Roti bread, pulau rice, and spicy lamb saag were all done to perfection. If you are lookingfor authentic, well made, and delicious Indian food, visit this location.
