Came here on a very busy Saturday evening. Was told upfront that my wait for my order would be 30-45 minutes, well past the... usual 18 minutes they quote. No problem! Perhaps the night before Mother?s Day was the reason behind the large order volume? Therestaurant and staff were extremely busy and were falling behind on their order times, which I too felt with my wait. Thingshappen and life goes on, but I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge Ethan who took my order at the counter, and ultimatelydelivered me my food. While under a very obviously high pressure situation with delayed orders and upset customers, Ethan did anamazing job maintaining his composure and professionalism, while always maintaining a polite and genuinely apologetic attitude.I thank him for this and applaud his character. Always love a Wingstop when I?m near one and happy to have one in town! Did takeout once and dine in once since they opened.... Wings were hot (temperature and spice wise), veggies were fresh, and other sides were great too. staff was very friendly andthey let me get a sample of Atomic hot which was very good - can?t wait to get more wings! Wish there was more tables but it?sthe small location compared to others. Doubt I will ever do delivery since door dash is no good. But worst case I?ll eat in mycar if the two tables are taken. I am going to be nice since the place is new. I was a walk in and did not order ahead. The wait was longer than I would have... liked, 20 minutes, but I was informed of this when I placed the order. Place was clean and everyone was friendly. Wings tastedgood so no complaints However after reviewing my order and walk about 10 steps to my car I reached in the bag to get a fry andwas treated to a cold (not less than hot) fry. In addition the fries are not very good in my opinion. Those fries had to besitting for a bit because they was no warmth in them at all. I have been waiting for this location for what seems like years. The service was pretty good and the staff was super friendly.... The wait times were pretty long like always and the lobby was kind of dirty but they took everyone?s order on time. Wings tastedamazing but the fries were just okay.
